THE TMDL ADVISORY GROUP IS MADE UP OF STAKEHOLDERS FROM SOUTHWEST GEORGIA REPRESENTING LOCAL GOVERNMENTS, INDUSTRY, FORESTRY, AGRICULTURE, ADVOCATE GROUPS CONCERNED WITH WATER QUALITY, AND NATURAL RESOURCE PROFESSIONALS. THE GROUP WAS CREATED TO ASSIST THE SOUTHWEST GEORGIA REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT CENTER (RDC) WITH CREATING A REGIONAL STRATEGY FOR DEALING WITH TMDLS, AND TO ASSIST WITH DEVELOPING TMDL IMPLEMENTATION PLANS FOR SPECIFIC STREAM SEGMENTS AND WATER BODIES.
