Earle May Boat Basin

Earle May Basin is a 500 acre recreational park located in Decatur County within the City of Bainbridge, Georgia.  For anglers it has a visitor center, boat ramps, docks, picnic areas, and riverside camping.  Also it has a freshwater beach and bath house facilities.  The park is located along the Flint River off of the U. S. 84 Highway Bypass.

Visitors to the park can find lodging at several hotels and campgrounds in Bainbridge and surrounding areas. 

Driving directions

Earle May Boat Basin can be accessed in Bainbridge by taking the U. S. 84 Highway Bypass and exiting at the Shotwell Street or U. S. 84 Business exit.
